Family Support

Our family support team is here to support families with young children to deal with many issues which can effect the happiness and wellbeing of them and their children.

Our family support service works on a one-to-one basis. If you are referred to us, we will visit you at home and decide how we can best support you. Through home visits, telephone calls and support with childcare we can help you manage many problems which are affecting the lifestyle of you and your children.

Where we cannot offer specialist advice, we can refer you on directly to others who are best able to help with  your particular issue.

If you are finding life at home difficult or are facing an issue which is too big for you to handle alone, call Sharon on 0121 526 5537 who can support you in referring yourself for our family support service.

Sure Start Darlaston now offers a contact service at our community venue providing supported, supervised and handover contacts in our child-friendly rooms. We offer a team of fully qualified staff, refreshments and we can provide reports and updates as required.
All contacts happen within the National Standards for Spurgeons and are charged at very competitive rates.
