Child Care

Ilmington House offers two brightly furnished creche rooms with access to an outdoor courtyard packed with equipment for children to explore.

Our two childcare groups are designed to suit the age and abilities of each child, with 'Little Sunflowers' for children over 2 years and 'Blooming Kids' for under 2's. These sessions benefit both you and your child, enabling you to join in training, volunteering, social activities or to just take a bit of time to take care of yourself, knowing your child is having fun in a safe, happy environment.

Little Sunflowers is our playgroup, featuring sessions designed to encourage learning and prepare children for school whilst having lots of fun. Children can make friends and enjoy a wide range of activities including art and craft, garden play and exploring sand and water.
Children are encouraged to develop good habits including washing hands, tidying up and sharing with others. Activities are planned around the  Foundation Stage curriculum; the latest guidelines for children's education.

Blooming Kids is our baby and toddler creche which, alike Little Sunflowers, aims to give children opportunity to experience learning through play. Our qualified staff offer children outdoor play, stories, craft and much more, again following national standards.
