A big thank you to everyone who took part in our Hub consultation and feedback session on Friday 8th March and over the last few days. With your feedback we are able to decide on venues for our Summer trips, find out about services you'd like us to run and change things which you don't like. A decision will be made on the trips we take during the next fortnight - watch this space!

The feedback sheets will remain out at Ilmington House so as you can continue to have your say until the end of the week (13th March) so please call in if you haven't already.

I am pleased to be able to give you a short summary of the feedback we've received so far. Over the next few weeks we will begin to respond to all your comments and make changes where we can. Where we can't make a change we will do our best to explain why. A full list of comments is available at Ilmington House.

Families Liked:
- Friendly welcome
- supportive staff
- fundays
- care for children

Families asked us to improve:
- provide more newssheets / calendars of events
- extend cafe opening hours
- offer more groups on different days
- improve the buggy area

Families would like us to:
- provide more courses
- provide more physical activity groups
- run more walking / Buggyfit groups
- provide more for older children

You are welcome to give us feedback at any time, even when we aren't running 'the Hub'. We have complaint and compliment forms, plus a mini questionnaire based at the Ilmington House reception which are always available, or if you prefer, speak to a member of staff.

Our next feedback session is planned to take place at our Easter Eggstravaganza event on Saturday 4th April 2009 at Moxley People's Centre.
